Yogarse offers a plethora of yoga classes catering to people of all levels, be they, beginners or experts. Located in Bussey Building in Peckham, the class is conducted every Tuesday at 5pm, and Friday at 11am. Since the class is a community class, it is offered as a free class, albeit the suggested contribution is £6, which is quite a nominal fee.

At the charity St Margaret’s house, just a few minutes away from the Buddhist centre, you will find Yoganest. The availability of free yoga classes alongside reasonably priced ones gives everyone an option to pick from. London Buddhist Centre
The London Buddhist Centre offers yoga classes for free or by donation on weekdays at 12pm lunchtime. Their hatha yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength, and awareness of physical sensations as a foundation for meditation. All their classes are in person and require you to book a session.
The regular classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12-12.45pm and 5.30-6.30pm. They also have a class on Saturday from 10-11.15am and 11.30am-12.45pm.
