Since the class is a community class, it is offered as a free class, albeit the suggested contribution is £6, which is quite a nominal fee.

London Buddhist Centre
The London Buddhist Centre offers yoga classes for free or by donation on weekdays at 12pm lunchtime. Their hatha yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength, and awareness of physical sensations as a foundation for meditation. All their classes are in person and require you to book a session.
The regular classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12-12.45pm and 5.30-6.30pm. They also have a class on Saturday from 10-11.15am and 11.30am-12.45pm.
